UPSEE 2014 New counseling Schedule at upsee.nic.in

UPSEE has released new counselling schedule and has already declared about it in national newspapers and it's official website at upsee.nic.in and uptu.ac.in. Counseling schedule is released at both the sites. the schedule is divided into several parts. This division is made according to the ranks and datewise.
First round of upsee 2014 counseling is for general category student which will start on 10 July and will end on 21 July 2014. Rest in other Slot, counseling for Reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) will be carried out. And then UPSEE second counseling will start. This is also known as UPSEE 2014 Re counseling. Students can also apply for upsee 2014 counselling through JEE MAINS and CMAT score. They are now also considered for admission in UPTU Colleges.

As per the latest orders of Hon'ble Supreme Court, Central Admission Board - CAB, UPSEE 2014 has decided to extend the dates for document verification. The notice for the same has been released on the official website of UPTU that is uptu.ac.in and on the official website of UPSEE 2014, that is uptu.ac.in

Counselling procedure for reserved seats for UPSEE 2014

What to do if you are from category like OBC?

If you belong to any category like OBC/SC/ST and more then you will have to be cautious and read this process. There is no special counselling procedure for reserved seats. You will be participating in the counselling process according to your general rank. When your turn for counselling comes according to the general rank then you will be given the seat in your quota. You can only take one seat either from your reserved quota or general rank. 

Suppose for example, You have a general rank of 80,000 and your OBC rank is of 6,000. Then you will be participating in the counselling procedure according to your general rank. That means basically you will be called for counselling only when your turn comes according to the general rank. But you will be given seats according to the reserved seats because you are the 6,000 OBC student within that rank.

UPSEE 2014 First Cut off  : UPSEE will declare the first cut off list the day after the exam. The UPSEE 2014 first cut off list generally fills all the government college and the top engineering colleges in Delhi NCR, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad.

UPSEE 2014 Second Cut off : UPSEE declares the second cut off list generally after 1 month of declaration of first cut off list. The second cut off list do not have colleges which are already filled up in the first cut off list. Generally there are many colleges left vacant for the second cut off list. So you do not have to worry about the seats.

UPSEE 2014 Third Cut off : Third cut off list will be declared immediately after the counselling procedure of second cut off list is completed.
